Our Company
Founded in 1997 in Brea, Calif., Carolina Liquid Chemistries Corp. is a manufacturer, distributor and service provider of chemistry systems and reagents for hospitals, clinical reference laboratories and physician practices. The company recognized that there was a need for high-quality, lower-cost alternative reagent sources packaged almost identically to the original manufacturer's reagents. In addition, we have created a field service organization to support these reagents.
Today, we also sell our own chemistry analyzer, the BioLis 24i. This chemistry analyzer has more than 3,000 placements worldwide and is the fastest-growing benchtop chemistry analyzer in the United States due to its expansive menu of more than 80 different tests, including drugs of abuse. Carolina Chemistries can provide the complete benchtop laboratory for the physician's office laboratory (POL), which consists of a chemistry, hematology and an immunochemistry analyzer, and an LIS system.
Carolina Liquid Chemistries Corp. continues to offer used chemistry instruments that range in throughput from 180 to 1,400 tests per hour, as well as the complete line of barcoded reagents and service for the Beckman Synchron® instruments and Olympus™ instruments. Homocysteine reagent and GlycoMark® reagent are available for a variety of analyzers.
Now headquartered in the Piedmont Triad Research Park of Winston-Salem, N.C., Carolina Liquid Chemistries Corp.has opened a state-of-the-art BioLis 24i Technical Training Center to provide our customers with hands-on specialized technical training to prepare your technologist. Upon finishing the training course, technolgists will receive a certificate of completion.
