Carolina Chemistries has developed cartridged reagents to make your Synchron® DXc and LX20 system run easier and faster. Using the most advanced formulations and finest raw materials, Carolina is able to offer clinical laboratories the most robust chemistries available — greater linearity, faster reactions and longer stabilities.

Elimination of reagent preparation (transfer of "C" to "A") saves time and removes one more opportunity for making a mistake. Load Carolina's AST, ALT, TG and CK cartridges without pre-treatment.

Elimination of on-board sample dilutions gets results and tubes out faster. A sample dilution takes a complete cycle the same as running an assay. Carolina's specific proteins (Transferrin, Haptoglobin, etc.) don't require sample dilutions, which equals greater speed.
